It will be help to live more comfortably next year. you have COMPLAINT section in this website to put forward your request. Where as for cash return i hope you will get it back after meeting the authorities in hotel. I hope your every serious suggestion will be entertained by the authorities to make things batter.

    My name is Hussam Naseer and I work in a corporate sector in Islamabad. Recently I planned a short trip to Nathia Gali with my family for a small vacation and picked DB House to stay in for 2 nights. I booked 4 rooms for 31st May & 1st June and made advance online payment of Rs 40,000 (3000*4 + 7000*4) in the MD STC Peshawar, Allied bank account. Most of my family members were visiting the selected location for the first time, and we all had no prior experience of DB House. I presumed that the place would be decent enough as the amount was quite high that I paid for 2 nights. I really regret to say that we all were extremely disappointed and shocked when we reached the DB House on the evening of 31st May. The place was simply a mess, it was not even near to be called a guest house cottage. I took the pics of the place and I will share with everyone I can to make myself heard. There was No staff, NO house keeper, NO cook, NO TV, No UPS, NO Microwave, NO refrigerator, No basic necessities at all. It was smell and dirt everywhere, and the guard Mr Gohar Rehman (0345-9565543) was not aware and prepared for our visit. however we had no choice but to spend the night of 31st May in DB House and the next day we moved to a much cheaper and much more cleaner and decent hotel so we could enjoy the rest of the trip. Now my humble request to you is to refund my complete payment for this miserable experience that my family and I faced or at least return the unutilized advance payment that I paid for the night stay of 1st June 2016. Looking forward to your prompt response
